This framework allowed us to scale faster without falling into the trap of delegating sensitive decisions to a model that doesn't understand local context, human dynamics, or brand values.

The compromise that proved most effective was simple and powerful:

It protected data ethics, avoided bias in performance evaluation, and preserved trust across teams, while still giving us the speed and clarity required to navigate a complex retail turnaround.

Escalate Complex Assessments to Experienced Reviewers
